Renaming a user removes that user's user mappings

      1 - Create a user
      2 - Associate the user to a commiter and to a repository (User Mappings)
      3 - Rename the user
      4 - Check the User Mapping: the user it is not there anymore. Instead there is a user mapping with a blank username.
