Changing Block Size triggers a reindex + restart, while only a restart is needed

      Tested with a Perforce repo, but I think this bug applies to all repo types.
      When you change the Block Size of the repository, only a restart is needed to have FishEye pick up the changed setting.
      Instead it shows a popup with the text

      A reindex and restart required
A configuration change was made which requires a reindex and restart of the repository.
