Web Hooks payload received with "application/xml" as the content type

Using PostBin to test the Web Hooks the content-type received is application/xml (see screenshot attached).

This is really problematic with Rails apps. Rails tries to parse it like an XML file and returns an error saying the doc doesn't have the right format (see second screenshot attached).
