Remove extra HEAD lozenges from file history

    Description

      On the file history page, we place a HEAD marker for each file revision that is a HEAD anywhere in the repository. We should only show the markers for revisions which are head on the current branch.

      Alternatively, we can show the HEAD marker as we do now if we can create an efficient manner of determining which branches the file revisions are head on.
