Improve UI communication for the SVN Symbolic Rules "Test Path" field

According to this post the value should not contain the Repo URL or Path:

The path you enter for path testing is the path within the FishEye repository definition. It should not include the Repository URL (i.e. the http:// component and hostname) or the repository path.

If you were to test with this path

ASToolkitJava/TRUNK/src/test

it would work without issues.

However the natural string that the admin will provide is the Full URL.

One of the following solutions would be great:

1. Add a better UI description/label to the text box

OR

2. Allow the admin to add the full URL and then parse it based on the already provided "SVN URL" and "Path" fields provided at the "SVN Connection Details" section.
