If a changeset has a earlier date than the changeset a file was last modified in, when you look at the diff in the file diff view, FishEye orders the two revisions based on date and displays the opposite diff to what is expected.
Note the changeset page shows the correct diff, but if you click on the delta icon for a file, it shows the opposite
