Adding Double Slash ("//") to a FE URL Causes Error

    Description

      If you take a FishEye URL and add another slash anywhere in the URL, it will throw an error:

      The requested resource cannot be found.

      Most other web applications can handle this correctly and will re-write to the correct URL.
