Error on quick search page for CVS repos when HEAD on top branch is deleted

    Description

      This happens when there is no previous revision and the quick search page tries to render a link to the diff for a deleted file.
      In CVS, when a file is deleted on a branch, a revision is added to MAIN and marked as a deletion.
