ClearCase autocreate view broken if view already exists (in a different location)

When using the 'autocreate view' feature, FishEye will not create a new view if the view 'vob_fisheye' already exists. However, if this existing view is not located in the directory provided in the 'view location' field, it will still try to run all cleartool commands from that directory and fail.
