When attempting to create a review from a ClearCase changeset (with ClearCase running under Windows), an error message is displayed saying that 'Unable to load changeset for <changeset name>'.

Upon further inspection, it appears that the change set id that is being queried upon is incorrect. The url generated is:

http://localhost:6060/foo/cru/create?csid=activity:some_activity@\vob&repo=Repository

However, the change set id that is being used to query the change set is activity:some_activity@vob&repo=Repository. That is, the backslash included is being dropped somewhere
