Description
The ClearCase repository scanner in FishEye should only try to index changes that it hasn't already indexed. This is achieved (for base ClearCase) by issuing the command
cleartool lshistory -since <date>
We are currently using only the date, while we should be also using the time to further limit the changeset that is being indexed. The consequence is that indexing activity (and CPU usage) steadily increases during the day, drops off at midnight and then increases again.
Instead we should be using:
cleartool lshistory -since <date>.<time>
