HG/GIT: Map committers to users based on their embedded email address.

    Description

      Currently, the committer is automatically mapped to a user if their committer and usernames are the same.

      Given that the "convention" for git/hg is for commit names like "Matthew Watson <mwatson@atlassian.com>" we should look for an embedded email address in the committer name and map it to a user with the same email address if they exist.
