ClearCase: locked branches cause aren't correctly processed in branch includes/excludes

When a branch is locked in ClearCase, the output of cleartool lstype -short -type brtype returns branch_name (locked).

For locked branches, this is displayed as the branch name in the branch includes/excludes dropdowns in the admin pages.

During indexing, the selected include/exclude branch name does not match the actual branch name and the include/exclude logic breaks down.

For now a workaround is to manually edit the config.xml file and remove the " (locked)" part from the branch name.
