Changing Poller Interval on ClearCase Repository prompts for reindex

      When altering the Polling Interval for a ClearCase repository, it appears that Fisheye will ask to reindex the repository after the change is made. See the attached screenshot.

      For our other SCMs (Subversion for example), changing the Polling Interval only requires a restart of the repository, and not a reindex.
