AJP authentication regression

      Due to an upgrade of Jetty from 6.1.24 to 6.1.26 the AJP authentication connector broken.
      The logs report errors similar to:

[Thu Apr 07 08:35:19 2011] [error] ajp_read_header: ajp_ilink_receive failed
[Thu Apr 07 08:35:19 2011] [error] (120006)APR does not understand this error code: proxy: read response failed from 127.0.0.1:10001 (localhost)
