Description
Every time a user navigates through the source tree in a FishEye repository and selects a file, IE tries to request some Fancybox jQuery plugin images that are requested with an invalid URL, that is because DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader doesn't respect CSS relative paths, so the images that are loaded by 'fisheye/src/content/static/2static/style/jquery/plugin/fancybox-overrides.css' return a HTTP 404 error.
In the case of AtlasEye this requests represent around 136Kb of uncompressed error page data that is sent back to the user browser, on EVERY request, as 404's are not cached by the browser, this adds up to a really sluggish user experience as IE waits all images to be loaded before handing back the control to the user.
