It would be nice if FE sent e-mail notifications to a specified group of users, everytime a repository reindex (i.e. a full reindex) has started/completed/aborted?

Usecases are:

• The repository`s admin should be informed about the uncommon serverload. (Otherwise he would start to investigate why there is an uncommon server load)
• The FeCru admin wants to get informed when a reindex has been stopped due to errors
• FeCru users want to know when they can use a repository (i.e. when the reindex has completed)
