Clock skew between the machines hosting a git repository and FishEye may cause the wrong commits to appear in watch emails

It seems as though we use the current date and time to choose which changesets to include in a watch email – perhaps we could include commits after the current date & time too?

This may affect all repo types, but has been observed on git.
