    Description

      It would be nice if there was a way for administrators to view and administer the watch lists. I would like to be able to pull up who is watching what and also be able to delete certain watches...like right now watches appear to stay configured for users even after they are deleted (FE-280) so it would be useful to be able to go in and delete those watches.
