FishEye needs to be able handle identifiers for versions that are not available in the current view

FishEye is currently assuming that ClearCase version identifers are in the format of path@@version. However, if a version is not available in the current view (for example, if the element has been deleted by a later version), then the version identifier is in the format of path@@sub path@@version.

FishEye should handle parsing the version identifier information in both cases.
