When page is rendered with fisheye.report.tab decorator and name of user contains some UTF-8 characters, these are rendered incorrectly (see attached picture).
Problem is in Attlasian "Code Metrics plugin" and in my plugin using same decorator too.
Other FE pages (non plugin) shows name of user correctly.
