Currently we scan everything in a git repo. If you have particular branches you only want to show up in FishEye, you are out of luck because the includes/excludes work on directories and with git we don't need to create a physical directory as per subversion.
So if I something like:
git branch projects/project1 git branch projects/project2 git branch projects/project3
And I may only wish to include say projects 1 and 3 then I can't do so.
