JIRA's Reviews tab does not display the umlaut character properly

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a Crucible review under JIRA issue's 'Source' tab
      2. Enter some umlaut character into the review's title (e.g. Suche: Architektur prüfen)
      3. Back to JIRA, the review title is displayed differently. Please see the screenshot here

      Tested in 3.13.4 - 4.0, the problem is replicable but not in 3.12.3
