we should not descend all revisions to get loc

      now that we store blame for every revision, we dont need to build up the blame from the entire history - we can just go back 1 ancestor

      look at AuthorLinecountCalculator calcBlame() line 80

      this should get an indexing performance boost, particularly for indexing new branches
