Ignore Pattern for LOC

Most code is just noise that follows basic patterns and should not be counted in LOC. For example a curly bracket "}" which ends any logical grouping of code on a new line, should not be considered a line of code.

Can you add the ability to include ignore regex's in the LOC counts?
