Update changeset-mail-*.ftl files

Need to update the changeset-mail-*.ftl files as they have:

${siteurl}?dialog=${"/profile/showWatches.do"?url}

However /profile/showWatches.do should not be url encoded, as https://extranet.atlassian.com/crucible/?dialog=%2Fprofile%2FshowWatches.do will throw a "There is no action Mapped for namespace //profile" error

Thus the templates should show:

${siteurl}?dialog=/profile/showWatches.do
