Links in RSS feed do not use absolute URLs

    Description

      Any links to Fisheye from an RSS feed entry are not absolute but relative URLs. For example for a link to a modified resource in a changeset instead of getting http://fisheye-server/browse/MyRepo/myResource#r1234 we get /browse/MyRepo/myResource#r2258. This URL cannot be opened from my RSS client (Evolution).
