Allow export of chart data to csv file

    Description

      The charts are extremely useful within FishEye, but it would be nice if we could access the underlying data and import into existing Excel templates, etc. Tooltips over the charts are helpful when working within FishEye, but we have many requirements to save static documents for which we won't be able to get tooltips.
