      Hello,

      This is Luke from Korean partner, Goldpitcher.

      One of our cusomer requested that Fisheye must have additional option of repository access conflguration for SVN.

      SVN has own repository access permission. So If Fisheye uses this one, it will be more easy to set access permission.

      We also this is better when it comes to SVN.
