Allow a user to search through multiple projects or repositories

Example:

select revisions FROM my_repository, my_repository2 WHERE author = "edwardscoder"

The search should not default to instance wide imho, for performance reasons.

This would teams with multiple repositories or projects easier access to discovering gaps or other issues.
