Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)
dynamicContentMacros's don't load in edit mode if a Confluence page is viewed in Jira. For example, adding a confluence page in a Jira issue or accessing project pages.
Steps to Reproduce
- add project pages in a Jira project or add a confluence page to a Jira issue
- In Confluence, edit the page and add a dynamicContentMacro; then publish the page. A sample macro is below:
"dynamicContentMacros": [ { "url": "/index.html", "name": { "value": "Test macro" }, "key": "test-content-macro", } ]
- Back in Jira, open the same page and then click the edit button in top-right
Expected Results
The dynamicContentMacro should load in edit mode
Actual Results
The dynamicContentMacro does not load in edit mode. We only see the macro placeholder with loading animation.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
