Allow *.atl-paas.net domain for apps built with Forge UI Kit

      Currently, Forge UI Kit apps that use the domain *.atl-paas.net are not eligible for the "Run on Atlassian" badge. To enhance the flexibility and adoption of Forge UI Kit, it is proposed to allow this domain by default, similar to the allowances made for Custom UI apps.
