      Issue Summary

      As a developer, I would like Forge apps to be able to pre-fill issue Summary and Description

      When creating an issue and selecting "Create Another", most of the field values are retained (e.g. labels) but Summary and Description are not.

      As a developer, I would like the ability to pre-populate these fields.

            Just to add some more context to the description, above functionality is required by the Forge App that is built for cloning the current issue using createIssueModal (Custom UI CreateIssueModal)
