Request to introduce a feature that allows jira:issueAction to redirect users to a Forge GlobalPage or other specified pages without the need for custom workarounds.

Current Behavior:
Currently, jira:issueAction does not natively support redirection to other pages such as Forge GlobalPages. Users have to implement custom workarounds to achieve this functionality which can be less efficient.

Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a native capability within the jira:issueAction module to specify a redirection URL or target page. This feature would allow seamless navigation to a Forge GlobalPage or other designated pages directly from an issue action.
