Multi-line Smart Commit should trigger action in JIRA

Steps to reproduce:

1. integrate JIRA with Bitbucket via DVCS plugin
2. add smart commit in Bitbucket with multi-line. Eg:

   TEST-1 #comment will need review
   #time 1h need more write up 
   #start-progress
   

3. synchronize JIRA with the repository
4. (Limitation) in JIRA issue, only comment will be added to the issue. The issue will not have log time or transited to a different status.

To be clear, smart commits in single line will trigger all action.
