Users should be able to use their OpenID issued by another party to create accounts in Crowd once user self-sign-up has been implemented.

This would allow Crowd applications to be OpenID Relying Parties without requiring any modification.

This may require a Crowd portlet for user sign-[in,up] to make the experience intuitive.
