Need to do a better job of letting admins know that a user is flattened from multiple directory entries with matching usernames.

      If user X exists in 2 different directories of Crowd, and both are added an application, the top directory in the app list is used for authentication and the groups/roles are consolidated from all directory entries. We need to flag a multi-directory user to ensure that the admins can get the correct behavior for memberships and authentication.
