Place a "Test Search" button on the Delegated Directory Configuration tab and also on the Configuration tab when viewing a directory

    Description

      All configuration tabs which are either on a "Create" or "View" action should have associated "Test Search" buttons.

      Currently the Delegated Directory is missing it on "Create" and all other LDAP based directories are missing it on "View"
