Complete fix for Crowd UI under IE6

      The 1.3 release was fairly broken under IE6. This has been mostly fixed in 1.3.1, but needs a little tweaking and validation that the correct approach was taken.

            Similar issue exist in Administration-General options screen (crowd 1.4.4)

            Hi All,

            Some pages are still having the IE6 issue:
            Add App, Add User, Add Group and Add Role.

            Please, see the attached file.
            IE7 is OK.

            Crowd's behaviour in IE6 has been mostly fixed for 1.4, and the behaviour will be completely fixed for 1.4.1.
