1. Go to Directories tab and select Add/View for Microsoft Active Directory
2. Go to Configuration tab and then to User Configuration part
3. Set values for all fields, especially user name and user name RDN both
4. Update configuration and visit some other page in Crowd UI
5. Come back to see the configuration
Problem => user name has the value set for user name RDN and RDN is empty
Maybe this has some logic but at least I failed to find it from documentation.
[CWD-906] RDN attibute doesn't work appropriately in Microsoft Active Directory configuration
