Issue Summary

The user profile dropdown menu (located in the top-right header) fails to appear specifically when navigating to the Application Links administration page. The menu renders correctly on all other administration and application pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Crowd as an administrator.
2. Navigate to any standard page (e.g., Users or Groups) and verify the user profile dropdown is visible in the top-right corner.
3. Navigate to Administration (cog icon) > Application Links.
4. Observe the top-right header area where the user profile should be.

Expected Results

The user profile dropdown menu should be visible and functional, allowing the user to view their profile or log out.

Actual Results

The user profile dropdown menu is missing from the header.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
