Upgrading Crowd to 7.1.4 results in Network errors on the existing application links

      Issue Summary

      Upgrading Crowd to 7.1.4 results in a network error on the Application links page for all existing application links and OAuth connections.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Deploy Confluence version 9.2.15 alongside Crowd 7.1.2
      2. Established an Application Link between the two instances.
      3. Upgrade Crowd from version 7.1.2 to 7.1.4
      4. The existing application link between Crowd and Confluence fails with a Network error (OAuth Problem consumer_key_unkown)

      Expected Results

      The existing application link should work without any issues.

      Actual Results

      The existing application link between Crowd and Confluence breaks with Network Error.

      The below exception is thrown in the atlassian-crowd.log file when checking the status of the application link.

      Workaround

      Delete and recreate the application links from both sides Crowd and Confluence.
