      Issue Summary

      Incorrect URL for Learn more about Application Link hyperlink on configure application link screen

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to Crowd
      2. Click on Application link
      3. Click on "Learn more about application link"

      Expected Results

      It should redirect to an article talking about application link

      Actual Results

      It redirects back to the same page /crowd/plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
