Problem

Other directory types have the Manage User Status Locally option, but Microsoft Entra ID doesn't have the option available. Admins are unable to make users active/deactivate from Crowd.

The Azure Active Directory directory was renamed to Microsoft Entra ID in versions

Solution

Add the Manage User Status Locally option to Microsoft Entra ID to a future release.
