Reintroduce Microsofts LDAP Matching rules for Crowd

      Issue Summary

      As per the changes in Crowd 5.3, LDAP matching rules for filters when setting up user directories are disabled by default.

      It is still possible to add the dark feature crowd.use.legacy.ad.membership.sync to true to re-enable the old behaviour.

      Please consider reintroducing the behaviour as default.
