      Could the StuckThreadDetectionValve be set in the default server.xml (within the <Host> block) for Crowd?

      server.xml
      <Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.StuckThreadDetectionValve" threshold="60"/>

      Confluence and Jira have it set by default - it would be good for uniformity but also great for troubleshooting stuck threads without needing to add it manually and then restart Crowd for it to take effect.
