      There is a way to encrypt password in crowd.cfg.xml as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/encrypting-the-database-password-1188759198.html but its not applicable to database password stored or CrowdID in apache-tomcat/conf/Catalina/localhost/openidserver.xml
