The issue is no longer exists as when the user scroll the mentioned text present in the "URL", & "User name" fields get available.

Actual Result Identical and non-descriptive text "admin(admin admin)", "Accessibility", "Atlassian Crowd server" and so on are specified for links that lead to different destination pages. The links failed to describe the destination they point to when read out of context. As a result, screen reader users will have to activate the links to understand which pages will be displayed. h2.
