Issue Summary

Crowd still has in product help links that attempt to direct users to the old Atlassian Answers site https://answers.atlassian.com
That site has been deprecated since 2017 - and instead all traffic sent there has been redirected to community https://community.atlassian.com
This redirect works well most of the time, but in this case the link in crowd is old and broken.

Steps to Reproduce

1. As a Crowd admin - go to the Administration console
2. on that page there is a link to Atlassian Answers that no longer correctly redirects to community.  That link appears as

The hyperlink directs users to https://answers.atlassian.com/tags/crowd/
Community site shows an error of

Page not found
Please check your URL for typos and try again.

But I believe that this should instead send users directly to https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Crowd/ct-p/crowd

Expected Results

We expect that this link will send users to Community's Crowd collection

Actual Results

Currently that link loads a 404 error page in community
