Threshold limit of alert which is sent whenever the number of users reaches 90% of the number allowed by the license Should be configurable

Suggested Solution

Configuration should be there which can allow to change the threshold from 90% to any value which customers wants to as per the business requirement.

Why This Is Important

To avoid notifications when it is not needed and the notifications are not considered as spam by the users
